Braunton area

Braunton is claimed to be the biggest village (actually in England). All three small beach resorts of Braunton, Croyde and Saunton Sands are within a couple of miles of each other, with all three villages having renowned spectacular surf rolling beaches. These resorts are very popular amongst the surfing/beach sports fraternity and also have little shops, restaurants and pubs to relax in after an energetic day on the beach.

Saunton Sands is home to a large hotel with stunning views over the dramatic coastline and the Saunton Sand Dunes - home to either (sometimes naked) sun worshipers and/or golfers. Braunton is approximately 5 miles from Barnstaple.
